Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Loom of Light, we strive to provide transformative digital experiences. Because our products are digital and our services involve dedicated time, we have established the following policy:
1. Digital Products (Sigils, Guides, Reports)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products (including but not limited to Digital Sigils, PDF Guides, and personalized reports) are final.
Why: Once a digital file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned."
Exceptions: If you receive a corrupted file or the wrong digital product, please contact us within 14 days at hello@loomoflight.com, and we will provide a functional replacement immediately.
2. Remote Reiki & Consulting Services
For 1-on-1 distance healing or consultation sessions:
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded, as that time was specifically reserved for you.
Completed Services: Once a Reiki session or consultation has been performed, no refunds will be issued.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing our digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming has begun.
